For 30 years the Atlanta Chapter of NABA has provided scholarship funding for high-school and college students that are committed to pursuing careers in the fields of accounting and finance. As a fundamental cornerstone to live our motto of “Lifting as we Climb” the organizations local and national focus has always been to provide incentives and opportunities for the next generation to pursue developmental opportunities in Accounting. With the help of our members and corporate partners, we have presented scholarships to a multitude of students throughout the years that have gone on to achieve great success throughout their careers. The Corporate Sponsorship program is designed to seek new and retain existing corporate support for NABA's annual scholarship fund and programs. Each year, the Atlanta Chapter contributes up to $10,000 in scholarship funds to high schools and college students. Our goal for FY 2011 is to increase our scholarship fund to $20,000 from board, member and corporate support.
